Good Experience in process Engineering.
Study all incoming enquiries and RFQ documents.
· Pre order working, preparing budgetary/firm offers.
· Study the analysis report and decide the scheme and discuss.
· Send email to client for getting required inputs for preparation of Techno-commercial Proposal.
· Discuss the scheme and start working with basic calculation.
· Calculation Includes: Evaporation rate, steam, power, cooling water requirement calculation for MEE and Dryer plant.
· Preparation of Process Data Sheets and Enquiry Specification for Bought out Items and taking quotation from vendors.
· Preparation of techno-commercial offers includes Design basis, Scope of Supply, battery limits, Make List, list of exclusion, Payment terms, Pricing List, Delivery and other clauses for commercial offer.
· Development of PFD’s & P&ID’s.
· Line sizing, Pump calculations
· Costing of B/o items required of turnkey project and Critical equipment like Heat Exchanger, Tanks.
